"Terrible customer support"
Absolutely terrible customer support. ☹ It takes ages for them to get back to you. Check out other reviews where they shift the blame onto us shoppers. 🤨 In their response, they mention receiving a flood of messages from customers. Yeah, I can totally see that since they seem pretty sketchy!
